Roles
A role is a list of commands released to a set of members: whoever is in the role uses those commands without being an admin, and cannot use them against an administrator. With !soadm on, a role is the only way a regular member can use any command.
Blocked Domains
The list of domains !antidominio takes down. Unlike !antilink, which deletes any link, here only a link whose domain is on the list falls and everything else goes through. The list alone does nothing, !antidominio has to be on, and admins, the bot itself and whoever is whitelisted are never hit.
Allowed DDIs
The list of country codes !antifake lets in. Brazil (55) is always allowed, even with an empty list, and every code added here joins it. Anyone who joins with a number that starts with none of the allowed codes is removed right away. With !antifake off the list sits idle, and it only applies on the way in: whoever is already in the group is left alone.
Per-Member Command Blocking
Blocks one command for the members you pick. Unlike !blockcmd, which turns the command off for the whole group, here the command keeps working for everyone and only fails for whoever was tagged. Admins are never blocked, and a command that is already admin-only cannot be blocked.
